1 year difference I know I am still chopped though . Still got so much workout to do currently just leaning out and getting to around 12% body fat. Then If i am not happy with my results I will just get rhino and some other surgeries if needed.

I guess but in the before pic i was like 20% body fat or more now im 14-15%
