Hopping on 250 test and wanna know what would be better to help me not lose my hair

dut because you get most dht reduction and also it decreases type 1 and type 2 so no sebum

i wouldn't take dut below 17, if that's ur case go for a topical AR blocker like RU 58841 or KX-826 (ideally kx cause it mogs ru brutally tbh)

yeah makes sense my test supplier just sells fin so its annoying to have to go to the effort to find another
