There’s no intro to this guide because it’s pretty straightforward and self explanatory.
(Ps this guide is only for people who look for others validation for confidence which is most of the lm community jfl)

So there are some prerequisites to this which are:
Over 5,10
AirPods 2 pro
Lmtn and above


Ok so if you pass all these requirements then basically what you do to get a lot of confidence is first either put on height soles or make diy ones (rolled up socks) then fraud your face a little with bb cream or tinted sunscreen then go out either just for a long walk or to do something doesn’t really matter and just walk around places with foids and wear AirPods 2 pro with transparency mode. The reason for the AirPods is because when foids think you can’t hear they will compliment you trust me ik this guide sounds like some retarded shit but it works. Do this and you will probably get at least 2-3 compliments which is more then any incel on here has gotten in their life. Btw if you do this on a Friday it will be like twice the amount of compliments.
