Minoxidil topical 5% then dye them to a dark brown/brown color.
Oral minoxidil 2.5mg for lashes (systematic)
Then you could use make up like foundation on your undereyes to make them look less tired (mark as solution)

Additional info: Dye ur eyebrows with beard dye. You can get if from Walmart etc depending where you live. Start squinting too lol also I'd dye 2 shades darker then haircolor

im gonna order the men pen and topical minoxidil, but what does dermastamp do and how should i fix my under eye area no surgery

a dermastamp is like little tiny needles that you prick into your skin and it sends bloodflow towards the area you poke which like wakes up the follicles in that area because of the bloodflow

if your undereyes are recessed than theres no way to fix them besides surgery but you could use makeup to make them not noticeable
