Generally,caring about your asymmetry is generally cope unless a part of your face OBVIOUSLY looks deformed or something. But if you have jaw asymmetry,unless your chin is leaning towards one side more there’s a big possibility it’s muscular and not structural,easily fixable. Of course it’s not always muscular,can be structural but a good chance. Meanwhile when your eyes are asymmetric and you’re don’t buy weed from the gas station jr then it’s genuinely worse. Because “eye contact” exists for a reason,people notice and look at your eyes the most. Of course if it’s slight then no problem,but it’s literally never a muscular issue so the fix is just orbital box osteotomy. And generally doing surgery especially OBO or most eye surgeries form bigger risk than any mandibular osteotomy you can name.
