ppl say extractions are the worst thing for your face, but i think its actually very helpful in my case so for refrence i had a 10mm overjet maxilla was 10mm ahead of mandible i got an extraction and its been about like 6 months i havent really noticed anything crazy in terms of my face. i do think the dentist gave me a palete expander as theres a very small gap in the middle of my front two teeth.
