——————————
how to get white teeth quickly (painful diy)
what you need:
- gingival barrier ($10-$20)
- curing light ($30)
- mouth opener ($5-$10)
- 45% concentration H202 gel ($60)
- a mirror (price varies)
WARNING: high concentration H202 gel is illegal in alot of places, so make sure to look up how much you can have and get the highest % possible. (you may need to do more rounds/procedures though)
steps to whiten:
lie down on the floor, with a mirror above you to see. put the mouth opener in, and place kitchen paper roll in the back of your mouth on both sidea. place the gingival barrier on your gingiva, and use the curing light to harden the gingival barrier (will hurt). place just a bit of H202 gel on each tooth, and wait for 30 minutes (dont get up). after waiting, use some kitchen paper roll on your teeth to remove the gel but do not remove the barrier. apply the H202 gel again, wait 30 minutes, and clean. then do it again, you should repeat this procedure 3 times (you may need to do it more times if you have lower concentration). remove as much H202 gel and gingival barrier as you can, then rinse your mouth with warm water. try not to get any H202 gel on your teeth because that will burn.
(mid process image for reference)
please dont get scammed by led lights, trays, or whitening strips. like MySmile for example, the formula in their gels mostly contains dioxygen which has a poor oxydating potential. dioxygen's results in whitening teeth are often negligeable and only last for a few minutes.
btw, whitening your teeth is cope if you have shit dentofacial structure and/or misaligned teeth. having white teeth is the cherry on top if you are already gl, but useless if you're ugly as your other failos will always be more prominent. before even thinking of teeth whitening, you need to do lips, and have a good eye area
the reason why you shouldnt go to dentists either is because they usually use 6% concentration H202 gel and thats why they send you home with a kit to keep cleaning your teeth because their shit barely works
——————————
now for mouths, you might ask "how big does your mouth need to be?" and the ideal ratio is 1.5x bigger than your nose. (only applies if your nose is average size, if it isnt you have bigger problems.) there are 3 ways to widen your mouth, either lateral commisuroplasty which is a surgery, mouth stretching, and palate expanders. and also, if you just have big lips or a big nose, it could make your mouth seem smaller or bigger than it actually is.
lateral commisuroplasty
lateral commisuroplasty can be used to fix an assymetrical, or drooping commissures mouth by cutting off a piece of tissue around the corners of your mouth, and elevating or stretching your lips, then stitching it together. surgery takes a couple hours, and it costs 2k-4k and takes around 3 months to heal, and for the first 2 weeks post op do not do wide mouth movements like smiling, and you may continue your daily routine after 2 weeks.
mouth stretching
for mouth stretching, this is very painful. first, get a splint. then, use the object is to force (without tearing) your orbiculus oris muscle to stretch beyond its normal limit and get the adjoining cheek muscles to adapt to the greater desired width. this will require lots of smiling and other expression efforts while wearing the splint (you may not see much actual movement at first, but in time you will see it as your cheek muscles adapt to the mouth opening being much closer than usual to where the muscles insert into cheekbones, etc. by shortening somewhat, but not losing their maximum stretches) This won’t be very comfortable, but if you’re motivated, youll push through the most painful first few days and gradually start to see results. a splint is kind of expensive and hard to find though, so good luck.
palate expanders
now for palate expanders, this could work very well depending on the type of mouth you have. if your palate is really narrow, you probably will not see a significant increase in mouth width through palate expansion. this is more of a type of braces though, so it might be pretty expensive depending on various factors. but it is safe too. theres 2 different types of palate expanders, orthodontic headgear or a regular palate expanders (4 types). headgear directs force to control upper jaw (maxilla) growth, correct overbites/overjets, or anchor teeth. it often restricts forward growth or pushes teeth back. it takes a year or several months to finish using one but they are removable instead of wearing them 24/7. a hidden palatal expander slowly seperates the midpalatal suture, aka the roof of your mouth, to widen your mouth and takes a month or two to finish using, but you must wear it 24/7 unless your using one for a minor correction. unfortunately it is cope if done after puberty, and you will need surgery or a head brace.
make sure for when using either of these methods to get braces after, because your teeth will seperate. and inform your parents that you will need braces too.
——————————
moving onto lips, full lips will always be better than thin dead ones. but, what determines full lips? well its genetics, fat, hydration, age, collagen and hydraulic acid levels, which are substances present in the skin that contribute to its structure and volume. now, how can we increase the lip fullness and attractiveness without lip surgeries or makeup?
to make your lips fuller, you can: brush your lips, which will make them swell and have more blood circulate in them which temporarily makes them redder.
applying vaseline will make them more slick and reflective which would give the illusion of them looking better.
peptide serums like matrixyl stimulates collagen synthesis, more collagen makes fuller lips.
volufiline, which works by increasing the amount of fat stored in the cells, leading to an increase in volume.
microneedling stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. this leads to enhanced product absorption, so the other methods will work better in combination with dermarolling.
i recommend using a dermaroller too btw, since theyre cheap and less painful with similar results.
for lip surgeries:
lip lift
it costs 2k-8k, and it lifts the top of your lip, which could make your lips appear bigger and your philtrum smaller. lip lifts takes around 2 weeks to be able to do normal activities without sun exposure, and 6 weeks to be able to expose them to the sun, but a year for it to completely visually and physically heal.
fat grafting
fat grafting costs 3k-6k, and fat grafting works by moving fat from a place from your body and moving it to your lips (or other areas of your face, but im focusing on lips). fat grafts takes 3-4 months to heal, with it only taking a week to go back to your daily routine, and 2-4 weeks for your lips to re-absorb fat and look more natural. some surgeons will overfill your lips with fat because sometimes your body re-absorbs the fat so trust the process
lip implants
they are usually 2k-5k, and they implant squishy sillicone into your lips to make them bigger. it takes around 3 months to completely heal, with early healing making your lips feel palpable, and your lips numb or feeling like theyre getting pulled when you smile.
permanent fillers (artefill/artecoll/bellafill)
it costs 1.5k-5k, and they injecy PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate)-based microspheres into your lips, and takes around 3 months to completely heal, with healing process very similar to most of the other healing processes above.
lip blushing
it costs 400-1.5k, and it works by coloring and shading your lips (NOT FILLING) and making it appear younger. It takes a month or two to completely heal, with the early healing stage making your lips flaky, swell, or the color looking too intense than what you asked for (it will look better) do not pick at the flaky skin, it will most likely mess up with the coloring. it lasts 2-3 years on average before needing to do it again
botox lip flip
costs 100-500 dollars, and it works by them injecting a small amount of botox around the upper lip, relaxing the muscles and making your lip flip outwards, making it appear more full. it feels normal in like 30 minutes, but swelling can go for a whole day, and it takes a week or two for all effects to fully be visible. it lasts about 2-4 months.
if your gonna do any kind of surgery, PLEASE make sure to look at results from the doctor and make sure it looks natural so you dont look uncanny like most old celebrities after seeing a wrinkle.
——————————
before i get into chin, you cannot change your chin without surgery. you need expensive jaw surgerys.. sorry! ill list a bunch of surgeries for your chin though.
Chin Augmentation
chin augmentation is a sillicone or solid implant thats inserted in a pocket infront of the chin bone, and it can help hide a bad underbite and ascends your side profile. Costs about 2k-10k with additional fees. For the first week, your chin may swell, feel sore, or tighten. But after a week or two, you should be able to go back to doing regular activities. It will take 1-3 months to completely heal though
Sliding Genioplasty
Sliding genioplasty is when you cut a part of your chin bone and move it forward, backward, upward, or downward slightly to have a better facial balance or correct deformities. It costs around 6k-15k additional fees added. for 1-2 weeks your chin will swell alot, and your diet must be soft or liquid foods, and you need to gently rinse with salt eater after eating if your surgeon tells you to. but after the 2nd or 1st week, you will be able to go back to your daily routine. It may take 3-6 months to heal visually and physically, with your chin feeling very numb for the most part of it
Chin Shaving
kinda self explanatory, but it shaves, or reduces the size of your chin by shaving the bone a bit, usually done when someones jaw is overly prominent or square. recovery and results vary depending on how much you shave off.
it costs 3k-7k, and heals very quickly, the first couple days being a bit uncomfortable but the first week swelling should decrease by alot. most people return to their daily routine after a week or two, and it should completely heal in 2-3 months, but feel healed in 3-6 weeks
Facial Liposuction
facial liposuction is a surgery that removes excess fat from targetted areas of the face, which doesnt have to be chin, but people get it most commonly for the chin, and to remove a double chin. they make small incisions in parts of the body that are easy to hide, like behind the ear or under your chin, and insert a small tube to suck out the fat. it usually costs 2k-5k if your only doing 1 part of your face. after op, they make you wear a compression bandage around the chin or neck for a few days or two weeks, but usually at the 2nd week your allowed to do regular activities. and in 3-4 weeks, most swelling has gone away and will heal quickly after that. a potential risk is assymetry, because you sucked out fat from one side of the area and not the other, or your bones arent symmetrical.
——————————
mustaches, how it helps or doesnt.
a mustache is very situational, it could look good depending on a bunch of factors, or look bad on a bunch of other factors. a mustache could make your philtrum appear smaller or add contrast or age to your face. i cant really help you on how to make your mustache better (because its mostly genetics) but i can list a bunch of traits and let you decide if itll be good for you.
how a mustache would help/what goes good with it:
• a strong jaw
• decent nose shape
• good facial symmetry
• defined, full lips
• thick hair growth
• thin upper lip (gets hidden)
how a mustache wouldnt help:
• a weak jaw
• bad hair growth
• recessed chin
• if your a cutecel (makes it seem ironic or out of place)
a heavy stubble mustache with no beard is actually preferred over no mustache or only a beard by women, with clean shaven faces making you more likely to get friendzoned, or a full beard could be perceived as a good father.
if a mustache doesnt look good though, just give up on it. a bad mustache is worse than no mustache every time.
——————————
for mouth ratios, ill just list the ideal ones and how to calculate them.
mouth to nose: 1.5-1.62. measured by dividing the width of the mouth by the width of the nose.
lower to upper lip ratio: 1.62. measured by dividing the height of the lower lip to the upper lip.
chin to philtrum ratio: 2.0-2.25. measured by dividing the height of the middle part of the lips to the bottom of the chin by the height of the bottom of the nose to the middle part of the lips.
