Low thyroid hormones - how I know? Cold hands, pale skin - high t4 and t3 accelerate closure of the growth plate

Low bodyfat - high body fat helps testosterone aromatize into estrogen

No facial hair or happy trail - half assed way of estimating tanner stage

Grew 3cm in 5 months

Low testosterone

Age 15.5

Is there a chance? Biomaxx birthdefect - I would really like to know more about the height growth method

compression forces inhibit growth while tensile forces promote growth - heuter volksmann law
the reason why in some studies jumping (compression force) still ends up promoting longitudinal growth is because of muscle pull which then acts as a tensile force, likely enough to counteract the compression.
