im not bloated so much but i thinked abt eplernone because still im lwk bloated around zygos and under my eyes,also im skinny and idk if eplernone can do anything.

Bad idea.. its very hard to manage without bloodwork and oversight

The right dose is different for everybody and if you don’t get bloodwork to dial it in taking the wrong dose for you will stress ur heart
