I’ve seen quite a a significant amount of growth in the chin and zygos since I started doing it and even if it was only swelling it would still be a nice boost before going outside

Yeah and meanwhile fuck up your cranial nerve

idc do it for those 30mins of swelling but I wouldnt recommend taking the risks
