Im gonna copy pasted this from another forum

I had an extreme argument with my mother yesterday because she kept breaching into my room the last weeks and this time I tried pushing her out (without hurting her obv) but she started screaming and Im kind ot sensitive to excessive noise so I just stopped and went into another room than mine and also slammed the door but i forgot that it's been damaged since my brother still lived there because my mother would slam his door shut and while I did the same the handle fell off but idgaf. She went downstairs and called the police saying she felt threatened, I had to be removed, I was destroying things ect. Cps came to find a spot for me to stay and now Im living in the basement of my grandfather for the moment, she's also pressing charges for threatening, assault and destruction of property against me claiming I had hit her and tried to stab her, I obviously didnt but I wish I had. I can see the first two charges being dropped due to lack of evidebce but the handle of the door did fall off and I was too retarded and didnt put it back on before police took me away. Props to my grandfather for taking me otherwise id have to go to some teenshelter 50kms away and Im not social enough for that
