What's a good dose of Aromasin while running 250mg of test a week?

My growth plates are still open so I'm focused on not fucking that up right now.

i replied the same, nigga is a teen and has open growth plates thats why.

i would say 8.5 mg because his plates are open and that might be too low of a dose

Yeah i get what you both mean but my growth plates didn’t fuse when i used 200 test and no ai for about 8 weeks after my main cycle, there’s other stuff you can take to keep your growth plates open without crushing estrogen

Also 250 is quite a low dose like he’s not really gonna see any changes in how he looks other than physique so i would say he should do at least 500 if he’s gonna be using an ai to balance estrogen anyway, he may as well do a higher dose of both

The estrogen crash from AIs is fearmongered af, but yeah going for a dose that is barely above trt is def not gonna get him jacked like he wants to, upping both makes more sense.

fr if he’s just guessing his hormone levels and tryna base it off how he feels then he should just go high test and find the right dose of aromasin that won’t make him feel like shit and will prevent any gyno and growth plate closure but it’s worth mentioning also there is a certain amount that aromatises locally in the growth plates and an ai can’t prevent that

thats the issue with pharma, there is no standard universal dose for stuff like AI, ofc you can try 6.25, 8.25 etc but without bloodwork you can't accurately say thats the best working dose as its the same with EQ there is no universal working ratio for all people, some crash 1:1 and some never at 1:2.

yeah true that’s why i prefer low test and higher dose of a stronger compound because messing with test and e2 is quite difficult without bloodwork

More focused on increasing my dimorphism but I still want to not completely fuck my growth plates

I'm considering taking 500-600 in 10 week cycles then just cruising at 200-250 a few times, I understand the effects of 250 test are minimal other than improvements in physique

you should prob just start with something like anavar but for more experienced people i would say dht derivatives or 19nors
