Yeah, theres like 100 different variations of this in existence, all started with the "towel method", and just went downhill from there. What theyre trying to do is emulate the physical action of ripping off meat from bones/animals, etc, that should have been there in your childhood.

Now, let us remember, it is not the 200% you do for 14 days that matters, but the 10% you do for years that matters more, hence, find a more sustainable lifestyle change to provide the same amount of stimuli.

Now, ive seen all those charts and graphs displaying how the facial structure is largely unchangable at ages 10-12+, but i dont truly believe so, and the human body is a beautiful thing, so i do indeed believe that adding hard foods that engage chewing, etc, instead of bullshit mastic gum (Which just stops me from mewing for like hours on end), you should genuinely hop on hard "primal" foods, rip shit off bones, and eat this way, and over a few years of sustained lifestyle like so, you will likely see facial changes.

a few reasons why I believe this to be true.

1. Adults getting results from mewing, not substancial, but real results
2. the concept of catchup growth existing, you can, ofc to an impaired capacity, reach your biological limit of growth, dictated by genes, if previously suppressed
3. This was the stimuli that probably directly influenced our maxillary growth in the past

Honestly, this should be obvious, but if youre in puberty, it definetely wouldnt hurt to try and hope, definetely dont place your happiness over achieving something huge w this, but you will almost guaranteed see results, repeated force has the poiwer to induce real, visible changes.

idk which incel hole youre coming out of to be willing to bite a belt and excruciatingly pull, with this method, youre gonna cause dental tipping, not maxillary fwd growth, this should be obvious, just think about it.
