it did help in breathing but thats only because i was using oxymetazoline sprays for so long i couldnt breathe through my nose at all
and i cant bare to mouth breath, it feels disgusting
but it did partially work in shrinking my nose, because ofc if corticosteroids pass through the nose the nose will shrink, in this case internally
this isnt gonna be beneficial to anyone who has a nose that isnt internally swelled/fat
