my teeth were a lot more sensible for like 48 hours after the procedure but after that it was chill, i do it every 3-6 months, depending on how white my teeth look

yes it works, only thing is you cant eat or drink for a couple of hours + sensitivity is obviously the worst at the start but then tones down after some time. good results as well.
