I found some stuff on reddit and .org that claim it slims nose, but make sure you don't have infected or broken skin if you consider applying the hydrocortisone
It works but can mess up with hormonal regulation if you’re still going through puppetry

Depends if your nose is wide/bulbous because of inflammation then hydrocortisone will help, if it’s just cartilage then you’re fucked
Easiest way to know which one of these is the case, without trying it would be to just look at your old pics and when u were a kid, if you notice wide/bulbous nose consistently then it’s just cartilage
Hydrocortisone is bs it didn’t fix my huge nigga nose and just permanently made my nose have a fuckass burning sensation everyday do not recommend
I mean probably cause my nose is mainly cartilage issue and also the hydrocortisone was prescribed to me like 4 years ago so I was using 4 years old cortisone
