Propably not but i do it almost always. Gotten used to it

Could be your body getting used to it cause you cope with squinting but it also could be light sensitivity that makes you constantly squint

I would for a bit until you realize you probably look dumb. There is a sweet spot where youll look better and not like you need to shit though. But DO NOT SQUINT IN THE SUN unless you want to destroy your under eye region and develop crows feet.
