Title and help needed cause im fermenting some and I need to know when its got alcohol in it

put a ballon over the bottle or whatever and if the ballon starts inflating fermentation is happening and you got alcohol in it

I put a cloth over it cause I didnt have one but it smells like alc and inside the bottle its fermenting visually but idk if it has alcohol content yet

I put honey and water in a bottle then put yeast in so yeah
