I have quite an overbite and it kinda hides my chin. My maxilla is also a bit recsesed and my philtrum is as long as my dick. Will getting braces fix my doomed midface?

over for me since I had to get braces at 12 but overbite will get fixed with rubber bands they put in your mouth, and i got bigger lips from braces somehow as for the other stuff no
