For the past few days I’ve been going temporarily deaf in my left ear and feeling a loud vibration that goes away after 20 seconds
this started before I began taking antidepressants so ik it has nothing to do with that, but this shit is really fucking me over and I know it’s not tinnitus because I’ve had tinnitus for over 5 years this is smth different

Please help me i can’t go deaf again
