Absolutely nothing bro. In that pic I had good mental health and a lot of sunlight from my summer vacation. That's it.
Trust me, in that old pic I wasn't even on a diet (I was eating crap), I wasn't doing a skincare, I was doing NOTHING. I was just looking like that. But my mental health was good.
And I wasn't even working out too btw.
