Ok but he didnt define how he did it, what he used, Who has it used or the condition of the process, If he said he got a STI this means the Scissor (since its DIY) has probably not been cleaned and hence maybe got STDI from earlier procedures with it, Its true they are always performed in medical and sterile settings but always does not inherently conclude that it MUST be sterile, It can be dirty but its not preferred to do so
