Hello fellow looksmaxers I will do a quick introduction.
So, the user who goes by
MedSlayer first interacted with my bonesmashing thread:

Now, he has made his own thread in which he tried debunking my claims.

Here he didn't try disproving my claim but instead actually helped my case.
In order for osteoblast and osteocyte activity to be induced by bonesmashing there first must act mechanotransduction in osteocytes which will increase the activity of the ion transporter Connexin-43 who helps signal ca2 which will result in a ca2 influx. The ca2 influx activates pathways such as prostaglandins, Wnt/β-catenin, growth factors etc. This directly results in the mitosis of osteocytes and osteoblasts. (from now on we are calling this "the process"

He mentions the process is only activated by Dynamic intermittent loading which is false, mechanosensation is the main driver of mechanotransduction and it acts upon the movement of cytoplasms inside the cells, the cell cytoplasm will move no matter what type of stress is applied. (same study he mentioned)

Also saying "It's high magnitude" is an anecdote so its very much invalid

"It's because humans bones can only deform to about 0.7%-0.85% of strain thus making it brittle"
This is pure retard slop, im genuinely angry at this
facial bones are mostly flat bones, formed through intramembranous ossification rather than endochondral ossification (process that forms trabecular bone)

His next claim is that micro fractured bone are extremely fragile which is just not true at all, once the bone osifys the broken micro fragment and the bone matures it will be as good as new
Also i explained that HO is not of concern since "the process" acts upon the subperiostal part of the bone
