The Idea :
My idea is when someone new joins / get accepted he will see a message on his screen for about 20 seconds explaining the forum .
The Message Should be like That the User can post Rate me posts only in the Rate me subforum and if he got a question he sould firstly make use of the search feature and if the Question isnt answered only then he should make a thread .
The Goal is to stop repetitive Posts like is Bonesmashing cope and else
