couldn't find any other guides anywhere else so i decided to make my own. All of this is done on my own research correct if wrong
Dimorphism guide
Dimorphism for men is having more masculine features like broader shoulders muscle mass more masculine face these are all linked to more distinct bones.
"Testosterone is the key"
Many people say that dimorphism is improved by raising your testosterone which is right and wrong at the same time. Two people with high test can still look very different since they have different androgen receptor sensitivity it is largely genetics
Facial Fat
if you cant say your cheekbones or jawline there is a high chance you are bloated. this is very easy to fix and if your not already doing it your a tard stay on a 3:1 potassium to sodium range and reduce your sodium eat a banana with or around the time of each of your meals persay one with your breakfast one as a afternoon snack and one as or with dessert
wont even go on about watermaxing
Facial Hair
a full stubble or beard increases your perceived jaw size even if it is cope it still works very well

i could probably look for examples but you get the point, if the beard is unable to grow you can use minoxidil to support this but results vary from person to person.
Muscle development
this isnt just any muscle development it is more towards your masseters and neck. A thicker neck and masseters is essential when looking more masculine as it gives a more masculine profile and wider jaw

As you can see it makes a very big difference now to make the masseters look wider chew tough things like steak or chew hard gum on premolars this will cause the masseter muscle to strengthen yet dont over do it, there may be other methods but they might be copium
for your neck the best bet is neck curls from my research. To do this lie down on the edge of something such as a bed and have your head hanging off lift it up and down as if your doing chin tucks

Perceptions
These matter a lot more then people would expect even though it isnt the bones its the illusions of the bones being bigger
Haircuts & Grooming
Having shorter sides and more volume on top of your head makes your face look wider then it is, facial hair sharpening can make your face look more sharp in your jaw also grooming your eyebrows makes a face look much sharper then it is.
Resting Face
most masculine faces appear more calm and relaxed since constant smiling will soften your features this should be able to be done easily but if not ashwaganda can also help out if you really cannot keep a straight relaxed face.
Posture
maintaining a straight posture as if your "hung to the roof" and your shoulders are straight up will max out your height and also make you "dominate" others

Which one is more attractive? Of course the left is and its obvious the straight back dominates since his shoulders are straight up and head straight up.

Things That Don't Work
- Mewing after the age of 16 or once puberty is over
- Supplements like zinc, Boron, Herbs or herbs will never alter your face
- Nose breathing as an adult will not work it works during puberty and when young never later on in life eg: 18+
- Sun gazing, Yes it increases your vitamin d but that is for your hormones not your facial structure minor indirect changes definitely possible though
- Raising testosterone Adult testosterone is more leaned towards your facial hair and skin thickness that is why most people grow facial hair after puberty
