Protein


Steak (cooked)

Chicken (occasionally grilled)

Eggs

Yogurt

Carbs

Raw milk

apple

bananas

Mozzarella with some grain bread


Can i have some advice on what else to eat im new to nutrition
would take out bread and do fruit instead should also list how much of these u will be eating every day
Animals fats
would also add in raw cheese or butter

atleast for canola oil is just everywhere
and it comes in plastic

this is shit pasturized butter lol idk what u got in aus but the us i can buy stuff thats 100% butter
