Protein


Steak (cooked)

Chicken (occasionally grilled)

Eggs

Yogurt

Carbs

Raw milk

apple

bananas

Mozzarella with some grain bread


Can i have some advice on what else to eat im new to nutrition
would take out bread and do fruit instead should also list how much of these u will be eating every day
Animals fats
would also add in raw cheese or butter

Ime its best to focus on digestion more so than micronutrients and specific foods as long as you take a vitamin and vary your food. Just get enough macros and monitor your shits.
