I want to stick to a good diet as a 14 year old any advice on what to eat?
Simple way to be healthier, less junk food / over processed foods / less soda and more Whole Foods like meat , poultry, fish, fruits, and low processed carbs like rice and high quality bread. In most meals, make sure the majority is meat .
