Debloating and Bloating.

So, 3 months ago, I wanted to debloat so bad, i buyed Potassium capsules and took 3 of em, everyday.
Nothing change/I even got a bit more bloated..

I did some research and found out, too much potassium and too low Sodium can bloat you.
Now I am very confused, I heard about ''3:1 Sodium to Potassium'' and stuff, but how can I know how much Sodium i ate/gained in a day, how can I track it??

you are probably a much higher bf % then you think. If you were 10-12 percent bf then u wouldn’t get bloated unless u actually try to get bloated. Even 13-15 percent u could eat a normal healthy diet without worrying abt sodium or potassium and u will rarely get bloated. Only really focus on consuming a bunch of potassium if ur actually...

you can track sodium by reading labels and using a food tracker, try to aim for <2,300 mg sodium/day and get potassium from food ( around 4,700 mg/day recommended). Stop self-dosing potassium supplements imo. (MARK THIS AS A SOLUTION )

you are probably a much higher bf % then you think. If you were 10-12 percent bf then u wouldn’t get bloated unless u actually try to get bloated. Even 13-15 percent u could eat a normal healthy diet without worrying abt sodium or potassium and u will rarely get bloated. Only really focus on consuming a bunch of potassium if ur actually bloated and it’s for like one day. Consuming too much over a long period of time is bad for you
