also, it's prob just a coincidence but I've been having lucid dreams every night.

However, I have had no appetite whatsoever. Tbh, it does do what u want it do and I recommend it if you need to lose weight but honestly if you're not obese don't buy it unless u have horrible sugar cravings.

Negatives: I feel like shit, i can't even bring myself to drink water and I can't hit protein
