A friend of mine did it, and it seemed to work well for him. If you do it properly then none of that should happen + it shouldn't even bleed

pretty minimal lateralistation and upward lift + ipd increase but imo anything is worth it

you shouldnt do it at all, minimal reward very high risk its probably ur gonna cut wrong or just get an infection. dont do it
