if you're doing extortion then discord is the holy grail, find communities where weirdos are known to be in, like anime or some shit (not saying anime is weird just a lot of weirdos in these types of communities) or even trans communities I heard theres lots of pedos in them, or gaming communities, then set up a profile, its going to be hard to larp as a 13 year old girl or smt because you need natural looking selfies and pictures in seductive fashion, which cp doesn't really provide you with, so unless its your little sister or cousin or whatever its very hard to do it, but once you figure it out go from there, find out everything about them and find out where they live through just basic social engineering so even if they block you its impossible for them to disappear, then extortion happens from there, rinse and repeat
