First post but I've been a lurker for a while.

I have recessed infras, no undereye fatpads as well I think. Maxilla is somewhat recessed, slight dorsal hump. Main issue is mandible. My front two teeth were tilted back which caused my mandible to be recessed. Although I got Invisalign it only straightened my teeth and left me with an overbite and tmj. My tmj seems to be getting worse and worse and my orthodontist wants to do some appliances but mentioned a double jaw surgery too. Would that fix all these problems or would I need more stuff done?

I'm 18m btw. Can't pay for them rn and don't plan on getting anything done rn too. I'm gonna come into some money soon so I just wanted to get rid of my insecurities. Family wouldn't even bat an eye since it's just "orthodontics".
