Reta is the best peptide that you can use, unquestionably.

Retatrutide is a new weight-loss medication created by the pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly. It belongs to a class of drugs known as "triple agonists," which means it has a unique 3 in 1 action. Instead of targeting just one receptor, it simultaneously switches on three different sensors (receptors) in the body that manage your metabolism.
The drug is made to upregulate the natural power of self made horomes that are already found in your gut. At the end of the day, peptides are not steroids, they are just chains of amino acids that send out signals. The specific hormones are responsible for 3 major jobs here:
Since the body upregulates all 3 receptors at once, it makes losing weight a joke.
While other older medications may only target 1 or 2 receptors, Reta hits the following:

| Appetite | Controls how hungry you feel |
| Metabolism | Manages how your body processes food |
| Energy expenditure | Responsible for how many calories you burn |

While other older medications may only target 1 or 2 receptors, Reta hits the following:
| GLP-1 | Reduces hunger and slows down gastric emptying |
| GIP | Improves how body handles sugar and breaks down fat. |
| Glucagon | Increases your BMR (basal metabolic rate) |
In order to use Reta you need to know how to reconstitute it and dose it. I'm going to keep this simple since I'm assuming everyone here knows this part.
1. How to reconstitute
2. Dosing math
Because you mixed 10mg Reta with 1mL BAC water, the math is stupid simple. Every 10 units you draw on your insulin syringe is exactly 1mg of Reta. I recommend starting at 0.5 to 1 mg of Reta. Then you can work your way up slowly, but don't rush it. Reta takes some time until you feel it fully in your system.
1. How to reconstitute
| The ratio | Add exactly 1mL of BAC water per 10mg of Reta |
| How to do it | Inject the BAC water into the vial slowly at an angle so you don't damage the peptide. This should make the BAC water run down the side of the glass slowly. DO NOT SHAKE IT! Gently swirl it in your hand until all the powder dissolves and you are left with a clear liquid. |
| Storage | Store in the fridge |

While the weight-loss aspect of reta is extremely impressive, it isn't the craziest health benefit. Reta acts as a ancillary which is a protective support compound that helps our body deal with stress. We can break this down into 4 parts
1. Massive upgrade to insulin and blood sugar
Reta drastically improves the way our body deals with carbs and insulin. This makes it extremely useful to anyone that is running other compounds that tank insulin sensitivity such as HGH.
2. Anti-inflammatory effects
Reta acts as a shield from chronic inflammation (which can be an issue for roidcels). It does this because both the GLP-1 and GIP receptor work together to keep body inflammation low. It also lowers CRP levels, which is a chemical the liver pumps out whenever there is increased inflammation or tissue stress throughout the body.
3. Reverses liver disease cause by too much fat storage
When your body stores fat, it leads to a huge buildup in fat around the organs. However, Reta clears out liver fat by decreasing the percentage of fat stores in the liver. Furthermore, when the liver is stressed or damaged, it leaks enzymes (ALT and AST) into the blood. Reta brings the number of these enzymes back down to a healthy range. Lastly, it helps the liver be more responsive to insulin signals.
4. Heart, vascular, and cholesterol protection
Reta benefits the cardiovascular system like crazy

| Keeps baseline insulin lower and healthier |
| Aids your pancreas in keeping blood sugar stable |
| Prevents the excess amount of insulin in the blood and helps clear out glucose quicker |

Reta benefits the cardiovascular system like crazy
| Drops blood pressure | Steadily decreases systolic and diastolic blood pressure |
| Heart rate stability | Although heart rate increases initially, it begins to stabilize again around the 24 week mark |
| Protects blood vessels | Improves the way your blood vessels relax and dilate which reduces the risk of dangerous plaque buildup |
| Cholesterol optimization | It reduces the amount of bad cholesterol (LDL) while raising good cholesterol (HDL) |
Reta doesn't just blunt your appetite like older drugs . Instead, it normalizes your hunger. While other medications fully block out your desire to eat, Reta reshapes your dopamine receptors. This makes it extremely beneficial who has a harmful relationship with food.
Because Reta goes beyond physical hunger to fix the mental and emotional side of eating, it can be used to cure:
Furthermore, many people who struggle with weight have hormonal signals that are fucked. Reta repairs this by restoring leptin sensitivity and by improving satiety signals.
Because Reta goes beyond physical hunger to fix the mental and emotional side of eating, it can be used to cure:
| Reward driven eating | It rebalances your brain chemicals that make you crave food for comfort or pleasure rather than a source to survive. (no longer a reward to the brain) |
| Binge eating | It drastically reduces the urges to binge eat or use food to cope with problems. Due to this, it is exceptionally good at countering BED (binge eating disorder) which is something I struggled with in the past because of over restriction (from leanmaxing naturally). It helps people break free from the constant binge cycle people can feel stuck in. |

| Leptin sensitivity | Leptin is the hormone that tells your brain to stop eating. Many people can become leptin resistant which makes their brain think that they are genuinely starving. |
| Satiety signals | It increases the natural chemical triggers that make you feel full and satisfied after a normal portion of food. |
