not all people can afford to be different, also, living your life a different way will not make u special or better tbh, i get what you mean, but its kinda unrealistic to a lot of people.

well, the thing is that people need to have some degree of education in the way that they develop critical thinking so they form their own way of thinking and form their own criteria and conclusions, but people usually dont see farther than the scope taught at school, thats the thing, they think in a binary set of only two options and categories "rigth or wrong" rigth wing/ left wing", but they dont see any farther than that, they think of the world in a very strange way, as they always think that with everything being 2 options there will always be a right and wrong for everything

i think is the evolved version of it, but a more socially complex way, before it was surviving against other animals, now its against different humans and their interests
