their system is a Socialist Market Economy where the state, not the market, holds ultimate authority

the CCPs current use of capitalism is a tactical primary stage used to build the wealth necessary to achieve full communism by mid-century

Unlike the West, the Chinese state retains ownership of all land (you can't "buy" land there jfl, if I'm not wrong), controls the banking + ommands the industry through StateOwned Enterprises.
