Environnement I would say. If I would get surgeries rn I know that I will heal like shit and prolong it cause I'm rotting and eating just barely at my maintenance level.

Also it would be harder to larp them rn. Talking about environnement, if I would get them I'll need to have a house and be solitary for some times and larp about exercices, sleep or smth.
