Yeah you defo need rhino genio mandibular angle AND orbital implants cuz your infras are recessed as hell, nice cheekbones tho but everything else is average or below average

Yeah i kinda fraud alot with filters too to cope but idk if ifras surgery is too much, but rhino and genio is def needed my chin is very recessed
