use low dose tretinoin (or weaker depending on how naturally oily your skin is) and add topical vitamin c/c derivative

vit c in the morning and retinoid at night

topical retinoids objectively mog systemic unless its really really bad, which i doubt
if topical gets the job done theres no reason to introduce it systemically
