For commercial modeling you'd need to go with a bit of a different haircut and get rid of the earrings. Youd need to see with the agencies

im 5’9 15 turning 16 this month, and yes i forgot to get rid of the earrings when taking the pic mb

Low chance on commerical modeling.
I'd even say you have a bit higher chance in fashion, but at 5'9 probably not.
