I’ve been working out and on a severe cut for about 3 months, I’m 14 yo nd When I started i was 63 kg at 5'6 and skinny fat. I dropped to 59 kg (was on 1800). my lift weights increased, but there’s barely any visible physical change nd I am still skinny fat, I also noticed that my height didn’t change nd After looking a lil into it, i found that being in a calorie deficit during puberty can slow height growth, cuz of that i stopped cutting and switched to maintenance (2000–2200 cals).
So, is there a way to get lean without cutting?
