Looksmax Can i get lean without cutting?

I’ve been working out and on a severe cut for about 3 months, I’m 14 yo nd When I started i was 63 kg at 5'6 and skinny fat. I dropped to 59 kg (was on 1800). my lift weights increased, but there’s barely any visible physical change nd I am still skinny fat, I also noticed that my height didn’t change nd After looking a lil into it, i found that being in a calorie deficit during puberty can slow height growth, cuz of that i stopped cutting and switched to maintenance (2000–2200 cals).

So, is there a way to get lean without cutting?

don’t count calories to much stress and work you js keep it simple eat meat and milk you’ll get lean and it’s especially good for you cause your 14 , and sleep a lot

Wouldn’t keeping track of cals help me during puberty tho I’d know when I’m undereating o overeating and would help me manage my daily macros type stuff

Yes but dont overdo it, your body is in an important developmental stage and you shouldnt deny him the resources he needs by starving yourself.

mark as solution or smth before biomaxx types out a whole book again

Honestly cutting at your age now is like trading $500k in the future for $10k now, wait till ur at least 17 right now eat a shit ton of meat and drink so much milk, then work out and maximize ur puberty, i can link you different threads for puberty maxing in PMs im so jealous of you i wish i could go back and do it differently. Maybe if i my diet wasnt all ramen noodles id be above 5'10 :(

while are you cutting at 14 you mongoloid. And yes you can lose bf while eating at maintenance (maintaining the same bodyweight)
