Diet:

You have to eat more meat, organs and sea food than fucking retarded mcdonalds slop and other shit like that


what your diet should consist of:

meat, organs, milk, spring water, honey, celery juice, kefir, eggs and SOME fruits during the summer, not winter.
So basically the primal diet, you should mostly eat this raw but you can cook it with some shit(not seed oils like rapeseed, canola and more

Aajonus vonderplanitz is a great person to follow and his tips are amazing. Goatis has some good takes but Aajonus vonderplanitz is better

The most important thing you should avoid in puberty is processed carbs, soda and junk food.



Lifestyle:

You should atleast be getting 8 hours of sleep or more. Sleep is super important and can help you grow taller, helps skin, face, bones, testosterone and other shit. Little sleep can destroy it.

before sleep drink milk with 2-3 raw eggs in it(you dont have to have egg white)and drink it ofc. No screens 30 minutes before bed, BUT you can have your screen on the lowest brightness, nightmode and be far away from the screen atleast.

sunlight:

The sun is the MOST important thing in youtr life for your health, it helps sleep, diet, its the groundoung father for everything else. Getting sunlight 15-30 minutes after you wake up, sunlight for 10 minutes or more.


Be outside for atleast 4 hours a day(you dont need to sunbathe but just walk.

In winter the sun might not be out for very long, but when it is out take advantage of that and be outside, still be outside for 3-4 hours.

in the summer sunbathe your whole body, have on shorts, no socks or shoes, no shirt and just lay in the sun, can be on the beach or in a small forest but it doesnt really matter.



grouding:

grounding is being barefoot in nature and walking or doing any sorts of movements

the earth has a negative charge, during grounding this allows your body to absorb electrons, potentially reducing inflammation, lowers chronic stress.


what you should avoid during puberty at all cost:

some decent basics here (sleep, food, sunlight), but a lot of thhis is overstated or goatis/bro science lol. raw eggs, grounding "sun for hours", and fearmongering about running is goofy. u dont need primal rituals to grow during puberty.

eat enough calories + protein, lift weights, be athletic, get 8-9h sleep, manage stress, dont destroy urself with junk food. thats 90% of it. genetics do the rest

puberty isnt something u min-max with hacks, just dont overload it.

another thing that makes this thread weak is that u do not cite ur sources jfl

Im 6ft and should've been 5ft 8 by my parents height, milk saved me. But it's useful if you've been drinking it since a young age (5-7) and for years. I used to drink liters a day lmao.

i didnt want to drink milk that much because it led to acne pimples and that shit, but now i regret it I think my growth plates have closed and I'm stucked as 5'9 manlet

but considering that my father is 5'2 and my mom is 5 feet i should be gratefull i couldve been way shorter then i am rn
