Diet:
You have to eat more meat, organs and sea food than fucking retarded mcdonalds slop and other shit like that
what your diet should consist of:
meat, organs, milk, spring water, honey, celery juice, kefir, eggs and SOME fruits during the summer, not winter.
So basically the primal diet, you should mostly eat this raw but you can cook it with some shit(not seed oils like rapeseed, canola and more
Aajonus vonderplanitz is a great person to follow and his tips are amazing. Goatis has some good takes but Aajonus vonderplanitz is better
The most important thing you should avoid in puberty is processed carbs, soda and junk food.
Lifestyle:
You should atleast be getting 8 hours of sleep or more. Sleep is super important and can help you grow taller, helps skin, face, bones, testosterone and other shit. Little sleep can destroy it.
before sleep drink milk with 2-3 raw eggs in it(you dont have to have egg white)and drink it ofc. No screens 30 minutes before bed, BUT you can have your screen on the lowest brightness, nightmode and be far away from the screen atleast.
sunlight:
The sun is the MOST important thing in youtr life for your health, it helps sleep, diet, its the groundoung father for everything else. Getting sunlight 15-30 minutes after you wake up, sunlight for 10 minutes or more.
Be outside for atleast 4 hours a day(you dont need to sunbathe but just walk.
In winter the sun might not be out for very long, but when it is out take advantage of that and be outside, still be outside for 3-4 hours.
in the summer sunbathe your whole body, have on shorts, no socks or shoes, no shirt and just lay in the sun, can be on the beach or in a small forest but it doesnt really matter.
grouding:
grounding is being barefoot in nature and walking or doing any sorts of movements
the earth has a negative charge, during grounding this allows your body to absorb electrons, potentially reducing inflammation, lowers chronic stress.
what you should avoid during puberty at all cost:
ultra processed foods, sodas, processed carbs, little sunlight, little sleep, barely eating anything(can stunt growth and development), chronic stress and little to no movement.
movement:
The movements you should be doing is walking, lowers stress, healthy, boosts health and mental health, manage weight, memory, sleep and build stronger bones/muscles.
Running:
repetitive stress can inflame tendons, cause shin splints
very much joint stress
you can also get heart attacks because of the built up stress when running for too much or long.
sprinting is 10x better than running. Rapidly builds muscle, boosts metabolism, improves heart health, enhances speed and power but dont overuse sprinting.
