Bygonial width by definition:the distance from a gonial(lower part of the mandible) to the other bygonial÷byzygomatic.
The number you get should be in percentage.
Ex:
It's kinda more of a way to measure how proportionate the zygo length to your jaw.
Here's hexum bygonial width ≈ 90%
Can you fix this? If you have good cheekbones but strong masseters to the point tour bygonial width is 1:1 or more you need masseter Botox(or stop chewing hard stuff), if your problem is your anatomy, then you will most likely need cheekbone implants(to balance the effect of your jaw looking to wide) .
If your mandible is narrow, then you need a mandible expander as a teen, or surgery to expand the mandible is an adult, training your masseter are another way(until a certain point).
Full face implants are a way if you're a boneless sub 5 suffering from both narrow mandible and flat zygos.
If I am a teen, can I fix flat zygos or narrow mandible? It's 70% genitics
But 30% comes from several factors
Ex:
Nutrition:
Calcium: An essential mineral for bone formation and strength.
Vitamin D: Helps the body absorb calcium, making it crucial for bone health, if you aren't accessible to going out every day, I advice vitamin D3 supplement s.
Vitamin K: Plays a role in bone metabolism and potentially bone density.
Protein: A major component of bone, making up about 50% of its structure.
Igf-1 and testosterone:
Cruical point for bone density and mass during childhood or adolescence.
GH shows a strong correlation with testosterone.
GH peaks at birth.
How can I increase hormones like HG or
Testosterone?
Cut out additive sugars, sugar can suppress the secretion of growth hormone (GH). And decrease test production and increase estrogen.
Test maxing: going to the gym can temporarily increase test production, and therefore gh increase.
60% of bone growth you can have is when you're a teen, it might not be over for you yet.
