you went up hella weight very fast only go up a pound or 2 per week or else your building a ton of fat if you gfo up to much its mainly fat your building not muscle effectivly
I'm only eating whole foods, there is no way that its mostly fat

whole foods doesnt really matter as much as you think

sure your healthier than some goy chugging mikdonalds but your still putting on more fat than muscle

if your goal is just to get big then try and put more muscle on then IG that works but bulk slower if you want good progress

6 pounds in 2 weeks is an insane amount of fat

you need to bulk slower if you wanna retain some slimness

recommend maybe 1.5lbs a week if you wanna put on weight fast but lower is better if your looking for more muscle
im only eating whole foods, also that was typo I meant to say 4 weeks mb

4 weeks seems better

you should be working out everyday if your wanting to get as much muscle as possible but youll always gain some fat when bulking

fat distribution really determines where the fat goes

just have to deal with a fatter face for now until its time to get shredded
