I've been doing this for a long time with long breaks, to be honest, I don't see a difference, I think it's 0.10mm or some
I've seen a lot of techniques, I've seen that some kind of facial massager says vibrations are better for bones than impact force
But I did the traditional way of just hitting myself on the chin

To be honest, I think it's a dumb fuck, but people I know and respect have said it's not a cope.

Depending your age you could hope on tren for igf1 while bonesmashing you would see more results
