I mean the thing is I don't look disgusting or deformed except for some mild acne
I'm a bit high in bodyfat around 20% but I'm working on it I'm on 700 cals a day right now just lean proteins and supplements
I'm 5 foot 8 so its over ig but I'll get LL later in life

idk I have normal Zygos a lot of UEE mid-to poor under eye support, jawline is decent from years ago when I wasn't fat so I know that should be fine, idk i have invisaling in rn too but teeth are mostly straight

maxilla slightly behind chin

I'm not retarted I understand muscle physiology way better than all of you grey incel larpers. name exactly why 700 cals are too little and I'll propose a counterargument

stop listening to fat disgusting body positive hypergamous foids that do nothing but try to bring us incels even further down with them I fucking hate all of those fucking beckys

hell no, you lose tons of lean mass so body composition stays the same.

if you have the requiste protein in your diet and resistance train your muscle mass really doesent significantly change especially at higher bodyfats regardless of total calories

With 700kcals (I assume your doing some sort of carnivore or low carb diet) just based on quick math your likely lacking fat or protein or both on a daily basis. I don’t know how much you weigh tho so maybe I’m wrong. Low fat messes with hormones

no its called PSMF, the protein sparing modified fast. its a fast, but we spare protein, which is protective of lean mass

lets have the breakdown I am a 190 lb male. my protein requirement is 0.73 x 190 = 138.7 grams per day
what is this caloric equivalent?

554.8 calories of actual food

why the 700 I mentioned then? in reality its like 700-800, but whatever
there are trace fats in protein foods like chicken has a tiny bit of fat

I supplement extensively to support hormonal function. while hormonal function is impeded on a cut, the effects can be mitigated. I consume 5g of fish oil daily, high dose melatonin, take l-carnitine, ofc creatine, and more which help to regulate my hormonal function

2. idk what you mean by health indicators, but acne is going away with tret but no more flare ups whatsoever. this diet is the best debloat diet every because there's no food to cause bloat its hard to consume excess sodium and I add potassium powder (noSalt brand) to everything so I'm chilling

Yeah that’s what I figured for athleticism.

Health indicators is pretty much how healthy or unhealthy someone looks. Do you look healthy? Than you have good health indicators. Personally mine are very bad it’s a big big flaw of mine.

My last question is the sustainability of this diet. Clearly, it’s not sustainable after you lose your fat, but do you think you will change it as you lose more weight? And what is your plan after you lose the weight? What diet will you follow then
