I need braces for my slight overbite, I have my orthodontist appointment tomorrow what should I ask them or what kind of braces should I get?

How the hell are u gonna get braces for your slight overbite? All braces do is straighten teeth in the existing space.
If you have a slight overbite, that means you're slightly recessed. You could get into orthotropics for that.
Your palate is definitely not wide enough, as interpreted through you needing braces for crooked teeth.
Get a palate expander one day, or if you could ask somehow, and maybe even some type of surgery to bring the jaw forward/chin fillers, whatever.

no gaps teeth are fine all I got told is I need braces because I have an overbite, literally what my dentist said
You'll be fine as long as they don't take any teeth out, juts go with whatever they recommend
braces with rubber bands fix your overbite, know this cus i have them myself so ask for braces with rubber bands. You don't technically NEED to get braces with the rubber bands but it would be better since you would be getting two benefits, straightening your teeth and fixing your overbite. Also another recomendation is headgear, headgear helps with forward growth and if your case isn't severe most people just wear it at night.

no, you aren't fixing an overbite if you have to compensate by flattening/recessing your maxilla to get 2-4 mm of forward growth. your maxilla is very important, both from the front + side profile
i'd just save for some type of chin filler or a surgery that'll literally bring the entire jaw forward
