what i did:
first off before you bonesmash you want to start drinking 1-2L of milk with at least 500g of sugar, this spikes your igf1 levels and helps with calcium ossification.

Before bonesnashing make sure you properly brace your head. A common misconception about bonesmashing your browridge is it can cause brain damage/concussion, this is not true if you brace your head, brain damage only occurs when your brain moves in your head with proper bracing your brain will not move.

You don't need something as big as this but it will help you get results faster, the harder you hit your bone while bonesmashing will result in faster results.

Make sure to clean whatever you are using to bonesmash with because it can cause acne. I started getting lazy and that's why I've got slight acne on my browridge.

bonesmashing is not based off wolffs law dumbfuck its based on the fact that trauma stimulates soft callus growth thus leading to new bone
repeated microtrauma causes bone resorption😭 thats why boxers have orbital thinning
also, literally everywhere you go, people use wolffs law to prove that bonesmashing works (bonesmashing is pure cope)

net hypertrophy = increased bone mineral density
increased bone mineral density ≠ outward surface projection

shame on this fucking nigger using chat gpt lmfao also your reply doesnt even reflect my claim youre making a strawman here

I never said bmd equals outward surface projection necessarily but the study shows that there is visible hyperthrophy (which does not equal bmd increase but just means excessive growth) gtfo retard

couldnt find a study so i had to ask my cuck for help, anyway, the browridge is intramembranous not endochondral, so it would just restore back to its original shape if a microfracture occurs
