yes bro pressing on your bones is going to stimulate change. Bone growth happens from the inside.
bonepressing is from the outside, it causes mild swelling, and if done everday you can larp enlarged zygos, masseters and better chin projection. and i dont think its larp or cope if the result is literally there.
saying this shit and uve never done it lMAOOOOOOO
only downside is you must do it everday for long term effects

because bonepressing is more viable than bonesmashing, JFL.
yes bro pressing on your bones is going to stimulate change. Bone growth happens from the inside.
pressing on your bones has the potential to stimulate change. microfractures caused via physical impact to the outer layer of bone tissue anywhere in the body (AKA cortical tissue), will heal and thus cause the cortical tissue of the bone to become denser. this is supported by wolff's law, which states that bone in a healthy creature will adapt to the loads under which it is placed. if you place a load on your zygomatic bones that is slightly stronger than your zygomatic bones can withstand, you will end up with microfractures on the outer layer of your zygomatic bones (the cortical tissue, not cancellous / trabecular tissue). when these microfractures heal properly (you must be somewhat healthy with adequate protein and calcium), the cortical bone tissue will adapt (grow ever so slightly thicker), to withstand the originally applied force.

so bonepressing has potential to work, the same way that bonesmashing has potential to work. it's more about how you do it than which one you do.

to elaborate on this:

properly bonesmashing involves hits that are weak enough that the highest possible damage to your skin is bruising and swelling. you would prioritize time spent hitting over the number of hits or the strength of each hit. i find that 30 minutes to an hour of decent-strength punches usually does the trick for causing microfractures, although i also consume 3-4g calcium daily and am beyond ND.

mirin my bonesmashing results, though.
i might post myself within a year, with a before and after of 2-3 years, with proof of actual bone mass increases and proof that the increase in bone mass is not a feature carried by either side of my genetics.

+ clarifying that wolff's law (and zhang's law) primarily describes cancellous remodeling occurring due to weightlifting and other means of causing stress to a full bone, rather than a specific area on a bone. don't bonesmash because it lowers your iq and makes you look super ND. it does work though

what could the side effects be? never heard about side effects from NOT DOING IT CONSISTENTLY

there's no side effects, perhaps bruising or swelling, but the side effects from not doing it consistenly is not gaining swelling/bone enlargement that STAYS. if you do it three times, the swelling and bone enlargement will fade. it needs to be done consistently over the course of, minimally, months.
