Bone smashing does work, heres why-
If you say it doesnt its like saying gym doesnt build muscle, since it literally does the same: tear apart muscle/bone and then repair stronger and harder/bigger. But you have to do it the right way for it to work properly. You can either smash with your fists( what i usually do) BUT while it does work, it aint the best since you smash with knuckles which means some spots may get missed and some spots you hit on one side u might miss on the other, plus u might not hit the same power on both sides. Which may lead to a assymetrical face so in conclusion, it will work best if you have same 2 objects that u hit with same power on both sides. Unless you do that you wont get good results. Also you would have to do it daily like 20+ mins for it to have a big impact. So it does work just do it the right way so u dont end up deformed. Anyways pretty water post cuz ik yall already prolly knew this.
